Paying is simple and safe.
You can choose amongst Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Paypal, Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery
By choosing this method, payment is made by handing the amount in cash over to the courier at the moment of delivery of the purchased product. The payment must be made only with banknotes or coins directly to the courier. It is advisable to prepare the exact sum, corresponding to the amount of the order, because the courier is not always provided with change. For purchases with a value of more than 3000.00 euro, we only accept bank drafts to be made out to E.Vitalgroup srl and to be delivered directly to the courier at the time of delivery of the goods ordered on www.eutylia.it. When you choose to pay by cash on delivery, a commission is applied starting from 7 euros which will be added to the total amount of the products of the cart.
NB: ALL PAYMENTS MADE ELECTRONICALLY ARE TOTALLY SECURE BECAUSE www.eutylia.it DOES NOT MANAGE INFORMATION ABOUT CREDIT CARDS AND OTHER. THESE PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS ARE MADE DIRECTLY THROUGH THE BANK SERVER OR PAYPAL.
Bank transfer
The sending of the ordered goods will only occur at the time of the actual credit of the sum due which must take place within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. Beyond these deadlines, the order is deemed to be automatically canceled, the customer will receive an automatic order cancellation email.
The reason for the bank transfer must include:

– Date of placing of the order
– Name and surname of the holder of the order

Paypal (VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Postepay and Carta Aura).
By selecting the Paypal type of payment, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you can enter your email address and password to use your PayPal account or you can, without any registration, use your credit card to complete the payment. Your financial data will not be shared with amazit.it but they are managed directly by PayPal. In the event of cancellation of the order or non-acceptance by www.eutylia.it, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account or your credit card. E.Vitalgroup srl will not be liable for delays and / or damage caused during the refund. Once the payment has been received, we will send the confirmation by e-mail and subsequently fulfil the order only at the indicated address, for address changes or other, please contact us before via telephone or e-mail.

We accept the most common credit cards, including prepaid and top-up cards, Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Carta Aura, American Express to be used from the PayPal site. The payment, in this way, occurs directly on the portal of Deutsche Bank in total security. All information regarding your credit card will not be managed in any way by www.eutylia.it since at the time of payment you are redirected to the bank portal that guides the customer in total security to enter the required data for the payment.
